Mouse Tests

Mouse Drift

This test checks for unwanted mouse movement (drift). KeyboardTest will open a new maximized window, clicking the start button will start a 5 second count down before the test begins. If the mouse is moved at any time during the test this will be reported and the test stopped. Start mouse co-ordinates and  co-ordinates after mouse movement will be displayed in the test window.

Mouse Move

Keyboard test will open a new maximized window, test the mouse movement by moving the mouse to the 4 corners of the test window, once a corner is reached an "ok" will displayed.

Messages/Sec (Hz): This is the number of  messages received from the mouse each second, it should be close to the advertised polling rate of the mouse (measured in hertz).

Screen XY Co-ordinates: This is the current screen co-ordinates of the mouse cursor

Relative Hardware XY Change: This is the raw XY values retrieved from the mouse, relative to its last position
